The National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) is the standard-setting body advocating for best practices in secure data destruction.

Commonwealth Document Management, Inc. is NAID AAA Certified for Mobile Operations endorsed for Paper / Printed Media & Physical Hard Drive Destruction.

In order to achieve AAA Certification, all of our employees must go through extensive background investigations, drug testing and training on secure shredding policies and procedures to safeguard your sensitive information.

Additionally, a NAID AAA Certified Provider is required to maintain a minimum amount of general liability insurance (umbrella or aggregate) of $2,000,000.
